新工科视域下高校本科生创新创业培养模式研究

摘　　要：在全球竞争加剧和新兴产业迅速发展的背景下,新工科建设成为高等教育改革的重要方向,其核心是跨学科融合与创新实践能力培养,为科技进步和经济发展提供支撑。创新创业教育作为新工科的重要组成部分,专注于培养学生的创新意识、创业精神和实践能力,为适应产业变革提供新路径。研究分析了新工科与创新创业教育的内在关联,指出新工科通过技术支撑为创新创业教育创造实践基础,创新创业教育则激发学生将工科知识转化为成果的能力。针对当前课程体系不完善、实践平台不足、资源投入有限等问题,提出了强化教育理念、优化课程设计、提升师资水平、拓展实践资源等策略,为高校培养高素质创新型人才、推动创新驱动发展提供理论与实践支持。In the context of intensified global competition and the rapid development of emerging industries,emerging engineering education(EEE) has become a critical direction for higher education reform.Its core lies in interdisciplinary integration and the cultivation of innovative and practical skills,providing strong support for scientific advancement and economic growth.Innovation and entrepreneurship education,as an essential component of EEE,focuses on nurturing students' innovative mindset,entrepreneurial spirit,and practical abilities,offering new pathways to adapt to industrial transformation.This paper analyzes the intrinsic relationship between EEE and innovation and entrepreneurship education,highlighting how EEE provides a practical foundation through technical support,while innovation and entrepreneurship education inspires students to translate engineering knowledge into practical outcomes.Addressing issues such as incomplete curricula,insufficient practical platforms,and limited resource investment,the paper proposes strategies including fostering conceptual reform,optimizing curriculum design,enhancing faculty development,and expanding practical resources.These strategies aim to support universities in cultivating high-quality innovative talent and driving innovation-led development with both theoretical and practical contributions.
