摘 要:随着数智化技术在各个行业的普及和应用,农业也进入了数智时代,智能技术已经成为现代农业发展的重要驱动力。传统的农业专业人才培养模式已经无法满足现代农业对人才的需求,现代农业技术专业人才需要具备更多的数智技能和知识,而传统的培养模式往往缺乏对智能技术的系统性培养和教育,这就需要对农业人才培养进行改革和创新。在探讨数智化技术对农业生产、管理、营销等方面影响的基础上,分析了数智时代下对现代农业专业人才的要求及影响,剖析了目前现代农业技术专业人才培养中存在的问题及原因,并提出了强化信息技术和智能化技术的培养、加强师资队伍建设、强化实践教学、促进产学研深度融合、健全考核机制等系列措施,以期提升农业专业人才的培养质量。With promotion and application of digital and intelligent technology in various industries,agriculture has also entered the era of digital intelligence,and intelligent technology has become an important driving force for the development of modern agriculture.Traditional training mode of agricultural professionals has been unable to meet the demand for talents in modern agriculture,and technical professionals in modern agriculture need to have more digital intelligence skills and knowledge,while the traditional training mode often lacks systematic training and education of intelligent technology,which requires reform and innovation in the training of agricultural talents.The influence of digitalization on agricultural production,management and marketing was discussed,the requirements and influence of digitalization on modern agricultural professionals in the era of digitalization were analyzed,the existing problems and reasons in the training of modern agricultural technical professionals were explored.A series of measures were proposed such as strengthening the training of information technology and intelligent technology,constructing the teaching staff ability,strengthening practical teaching,promoting the deep integration of production with study and research,and perfecting the assessment mechanism,in order to improve the training quality of agricultural professionals.
