摘  要:通过分析现有机械设备的设计缺陷与适应性问题,设计了一种适用于丘陵地区的新型玉米收获机械。对底盘结构和转向机构进行了优化,采用双刀粉碎技术,实现了收获与秸秆粉碎的一体化作业。对比试验结果表明,新型机械在作业效率、粉碎质量及稳定性方面显著优于传统机型。通过加强技术培训、政策支持及机械设备的持续优化,能有效推广玉米机械化收获与秸秆还田技术,促进农业可持续发展。By analyzing the design flaws and adaptability issues of existing mechanical equipment,a new type of corn harvester suitable for hilly areas has been designed.The chassis structure and steering mechanism have been optimized,and a double-blade crushing technology has been adopted to achieve integrated operations of harvesting and straw crushing.Comparative test results show that the new mechanical equipment significantly outperforms traditional models in terms of operational efficiency,crushing quality,and stability.Through enhanced technical training,policy support,and continuous optimization of mechanical equipment,the promotion of corn mechanized harvesting and straw returning technology can be effectively achieved,thereby promoting sustainable agricultural development.
