摘  要:本文采用三相串并联双向DC/DC变换器与超级电容组成的储能系统,接入石油钻机微电网中实现绞车下钻产生的回馈电能的回收利用。采用改进PSO-PI方法的自适应调整控制策略,解决了传统PI控制在工况及负载变化时不能自适应调整调节器参数达不到最优控制的问题。通过MATLAB/Simulink模拟绞车起下钻作业时电机转速与负载变化引起的直流母线电压变化;对比分析了两种不同控制策略下起下钻作业时的直流母线电压及超级电容SOC、电压、电流的变化趋势。仿真结果表明改进控制策略能有效抑制起下钻时直流母线的电压波动,同时超级电容的充放电效率得到提升,电压、电流更加稳定。In this paper,an energy storage system composed of three-phase series-parallel bidirectional DC/DC converter and supercapacitor is connected to the microgrid of oil drilling rigs to realize the recovery and utilization of the feedback electric energy generated by winch drilling.The adaptive adjustment control strategy of the improved PSO-PI method is adopted to solve the problem that the traditional PI control cannot adaptively adjust the parameters of the regulator and cannot achieve the optimal control when the working conditions and loads change.MATLAB/Simulink was used to simulate the DC bus voltage change caused by the change of motor speed and load during the winch drilling operation.The variation trends of DC bus voltage,supercapacitor SOC,voltage and current under two different control strategies were compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that the improved control strategy can effectively suppress the voltage fluctuation of the DC bus when starting and drilling,and the charging and discharging efficiency of the supercapacitor is improved,and the voltage and current are more stable.
