摘 要:基于高频方波注入的转子凸极跟踪法是实现永磁辅助同步磁阻电机(PMaSynRM)无传感器零低速稳定运行的重要方法。通过向定子绕组中注入高频方波电压信号,提取并解调测量轴系下的高频响应电流,可以有效观测电机转子位置。但永磁辅助同步磁阻电机的转子结构带来了明显的交叉耦合效应,进而导致不同负载工况下的位置估计误差变化。为解决该问题,提出一种基于d轴电流修正因数的高频方波注入位置估计误差抑制策略,通过在解调过程中引入d轴电流修正因数,抑制并消除由交叉耦合效应导致的位置估计误差,以实现零低速重载工况下的高精度位置跟踪。最后,在7.5kW永磁辅助同步磁阻电机实验平台验证所提方法的有效性。The high-frequency square-wave injection is an important method to realize sensorless low speed operation of permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor(PMaSynRM).After injecting high-frequency square wave voltage signal into the stator windings,the precise position of the motor rotor can be determined by extracting and demodulating the high-frequency response current along the measuring frame.However,the rotor structure of PMaSynRM makes the cross-coupling effect obvious,which leads to the variation of position estimation error under different load conditions.In order to solve this problem,a position estimation error suppression strategy for high-frequency square-wave injection based on D-axis current correction factor is proposed.The D-axis current correction factor is introduced in the demodulation process to eliminate and suppress the position estimation error caused by the cross-coupling effect,which can achieve high-precision position tracking under low-speed and heavy-load conditions.Finally,the experimental platform of 7.5kW PMaSynRM is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
