摘　　要：人类牙齿皮肤咬痕证据常见于性侵、虐童等暴力型犯罪,是法医损伤检验鉴定的重要对象之一,具有较强的物证溯源价值。实践中,受咬合力、咬合位置及皮肤组织结构等多种因素的影响,皮肤咬痕通常难以清晰、完整地反映人类牙列的咬合面结构,当前法医牙科学皮肤咬痕证据的科学性与可靠性基础仍然存在一定的争议。结合近些年咬痕分析领域的相关研究内容,重点对人牙皮肤咬痕证据的应用与研究现状展开综述,旨在为法医牙科学领域皮肤咬痕证据的未来发展提供一定参考。Human skin bite mark evidence is commonly found in violent crimes such as sexual assault and child abuse.It is one of the important objects of forensic injury examination and identification,possessing significant value for tracing the origin of physical evidence.In practice,due to various factors such as the force of the bite,the location of the bite,and the structure of the skin tissue,the occlusal surface structure of the human dentition is often difficult to be clearly and completely reflected by skin bite marks.Currently,there is still some controversy over the scientific validity and reliability of forensic dental skin bite mark evidence.The recent research process on the application and research status of human skin bite mark evidence are reviewed,aiming to provide a certain reference for the future development of skin bite mark evidence in the field of forensic dentistry.
