摘 要:铁路防溜枕木主要用于防溜措施补强,是防止车辆溜入正线或站内的最后一道防线。普通木质防溜枕木较笨重,相关企业研发了便携式橡胶防溜枕木,由于缺少技术标准,目前各生产厂家采用的技术参数各不相同,不利于设备的设计生产和运用。分析便携式橡胶防溜枕木的受力原理,通过应用场景提出便携式橡胶防溜枕木阻挡块尺寸和卡槽深度等关键参数,并采用仿真分析法对连接杆的强度进行仿真研究,提出连接杆强度要求。相关研究对规范便携式橡胶防溜枕木的设计生产和使用具有一定的理论和现实意义。The railway anti-slip sleepers are primarily used to enhance anti-slip measures,serving as the last line of defense to prevent vehicles from slipping into the main line or the station.Ordinary wooden anti-slip sleepers are relatively heavy,prompting related companies to develop portable rubber anti-slip sleepers.However,due to the lack of technical standards,the technical parameters used by different manufacturers vary,which is not conducive to the design,production,and application of the equipment.This paper analyzed the force principle of portable rubber anti-slip sleepers and proposed key parameters such as the size of blocking blocks and the depth of slots through application scenarios for portable rubber anti-slip sleepers.Furthermore,simulation analysis method was employed to study the strength of connecting rods and put forward the strength requirements for connecting rods.Relevant research holds certain theoretical and practical significance for standardizing the design,production,and application of portable rubber anti-slip sleepers.
