摘 要:硬点检测系统准确可靠是及时发现接触网硬点缺陷,正确评判其严重程度并指导运行维修的前提。根据不确定度要求并结合现场实施难度,对现行加速度计量标准采用的校准方法进行比选,提出采用冲击响应峰值比对的方法进行硬点检测系统合格评定。通过线路实测数据分析和试验验证,得到最优滤波器组合设计参数,采用截止频率为50Hz和1000Hz的4阶以上巴特沃斯滤波器,以及48Hz和52Hz带阻滤波器进行评定数据处理,并将冲击加速度最大允许误差管理值设计为5g。检测车试验结果表明,该方法及相关参数可以有效反映硬点检测系统的加速度测量误差,评价检测系统的技术状态。An accurate and reliable hard spot inspection system is essential for the timely identification of OCS hard spot defects.The system enables assessment of defect severity and facilitates operation and maintenance.In light of uncertainty requirements and the challenges associated with field implementation,a comparison of the calibration methods outlined in current acceleration measurement standards was conducted.Based on this analysis,the impact response peak comparison method was proposed for conformity assessment of hard spot inspection systems.Through the analysis of measured line data and test verification,the optimal design parameters for the filter combination were determined.Butterworth filters with cut-off frequencies of 50 Hz and 1000 Hz above fourth order were employed,alongside band-stop filters with frequencies of 48 Hz and 52 Hz to process the assessment data.Additionally,the maximum allowable error management value for the impact acceleration was set at 5g.The results from tests conducted using the inspection train demonstrate that the proposed method and associated parameters can effectively reveal the acceleration measurement errors of hard spot inspection systems and evaluate the technical status of these systems.
