摘 要:随着27.5 kV高压电缆在铁路牵引供电系统中的广泛应用,其安全性和可靠性监测成为亟待解决的问题。深入分析高速铁路高压电缆的接地方式,并特别针对长度1 km以下的高压电缆,研发1种基于监测接地电流来反映绝缘状态的监测系统。该系统能够实时监测高压电缆的绝缘状态,为铁路运营单位提供有效的工具,以掌握电缆的运行状况,及时发现潜在的安全隐患,从而保障高速铁路牵引供电系统的安全稳定运行。进一步提高铁路供电系统的可靠性,减少因电缆故障导致的运营中断,对于提升铁路运输效率和安全性具有重要意义。With the extensive application of 27.5 kV high-voltage cables in railway traction power supply systems,the monitoring of their safety and reliability has become a pressing issue.This paper provided an in-depth analysis of the grounding methods for high-voltage cables used in high-speed railways,and developed a monitoring system that can reflect the insulation condition by monitoring the grounding current,especially for high-voltage cables shorter than 1 km.The system is capable of monitoring the insulation condition of high-voltage cables in real time,providing railway operators with an effective tool to learn the operating status of cables and promptly identify potential safety hazards,thereby ensuring the safe and stable operation of traction power supply systems for high-speed railway.Further enhancing the reliability of the railway power supply systems and reducing operational interruptions caused by cable failures are of great significance for improving the efficiency and safety of railway transportation.
