摘　　要：目的:借助中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)分析中医药治疗心肌桥的用药规律。方法:收集中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库和PubMed数据库中关于中药治疗心肌桥的相关文献,整理、筛选出符合标准的处方数据,录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)建立数据库,利用平台统计报表系统和数据分析系统挖掘分析处方数据里中药的用药规律。结果:筛选出符合标准的中药处方51首,包含中药185味,处方中使用频次前3位中药为川芎、柴胡、当归/丹参;归经以肝经为主,其次是脾经与心经;五味以甘味居多,其次为苦味和辛味;药性中温性最多,寒性和平性次之;运用组方规律分析得到常用药物组合前3位分别为川芎-当归/川芎-柴胡、当归-柴胡、红花-川芎/川芎-当归-柴胡;通过关联规则聚类分析得到5个新处方。结论:中医药治疗心肌桥整体以行气活血化瘀为主,重视补益气血。Objective:To analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the treatment of myocardial bridges using the Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5).Methods:Relevant literatures of TCM treatment of myocardial bridge were collected from China Knowledge Network(CNKI),WanFang Database,China Biomedical Literature Database,and PubMed database,and prescription data were sorted out and screened,and input into the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)to establish a database,and then the platform′s statistical and data analysis systems were utilized to extract and analyze the medication rules of TCMs in the prescription data.Results:A total of 51 prescriptions were screened out,containing 185 flavors of TCMs,and the top three popular TCMs in the prescriptions were Chuanxiong,Chaihu,and Angelica sinensis/Danshen.Notably,the liver meridian was the main meridian,followed by the spleen meridian and the heart meridian.In terms of taste,there was sweet,followed by bitter and pungent.Among the properties of medicines,the warm nature was the most common,followed by the cold nature and the neutral nature.The top three popular drug combinations were Chuanxiong-Angelica/Chuanxiong-Bupleurum,Angelica-bupleurum,safflower-Chuanxiong/Chuanxiong-Angelica-bupleurum.Five new prescriptions were obtained by association rule clustering analysis.Conclusion:The overall treatment of myocardial bridge by TCM is based on promoting Qi,activating blood circulation,and removing blood stasis,with emphasis on tonifying Qi and blood.
