摘 要:本研究采用微孔滤膜-微波干燥技术,建立了石油产品中机械杂质含量的测试方法。分别按照微孔滤膜-微波干燥法和国家标准GB/T 511—2010《石油和石油产品及添加剂机械杂质测定法》测定实际样品中的机械杂质,并用有证标准物质验证微孔滤膜-微波干燥法的准确性。结果表明,该方法测试结果准确,重现性和稳定性较好,平行试验数据的重复性是0.0018%,满足测定机械杂质的要求;有证标准物质测定检测数据为0.0138%,与理论值之差小于C值(0.017%),满足试验结果无显著性差异的要求。另外,与GB/T 511—2010相比,微孔滤膜-微波干燥法操作简便,检测时间短,并可确保实验精度。This study developed a method for determining mechanical admixtures in petroleum products using a microporous filter membrane-microwave drying method.Mechanical admixtures in actual samples were tested using the microporous filter membrane-microwave drying method and the national standard GB/T 511-2010 Petroleum,Petroleum Products and Additives-Method for Determination of Mechanical Admixtures respectively.The accuracy of the microporous filter membrane-microwave drying method was verified using the certified reference materials(CRM).The developed method proved to be accurate,reproducible,and stable,with the parallel experimental data showing a repeatability of 0.0018%,meeting the requirements for mechanical admixtures determination.The CRM testing data was 0.0138%,with the difference from the theoretical value being less than the C value(0.017%),indicating no significant difference in results compared with the theoretical value.Compared with GB/T 511-2010,this method simplifies theoperation,reduces the detection time,and guarantees the experiment precision.
