纳米TiO_(2)分散性对TiO_(2)陶瓷超滤膜结构与性能的影响

摘  要:分别以纳米TiO_(2)粉末和分散液为原料,通过浸涂-固态粒子烧结工艺在Al2O3中空平板支撑体上制备了TiO_(2)超滤膜层,考察了纳米TiO_(2)颗粒的分散性对所制备的TiO_(2)陶瓷超滤膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明,纳米TiO_(2)颗粒分散性的提高可有效改善TiO_(2)陶瓷超滤膜的界面特性与分离精度。采用颗粒分散性能更加优异的TiO_(2)分散液所制备的TiO_(2)陶瓷超滤膜具有更加致密且光滑的表面结构、更低的接触角以及更高的Zeta电位绝对值,其平均孔径和纯水通量分别为48 nm和242 L/(m^(2)·h·bar),对实际地表水中UV254和DOC的去除率可达到10.2%和8.5%。TiO_(2)ultrafiltration membrane layers were prepared on Al2O3 hollow flat-sheet support via dip coating-solid particle sintering method by using nano-TiO_(2)powder and dispersion as raw materials,respectively.The effect of dispersibility of TiO_(2)nanoparticles on the structure and properties of the resultant TiO_(2)ceramic ultrafiltration membrane was evaluated.The results showed that the increase in the dispersion of TiO_(2)nanoparticles could significantly promote the improvement of interfacial properties and separation accuracy of the TiO_(2)ceramic ultrafiltration membrane.The TiO_(2)ceramic ultrafiltration membrane prepared using TiO_(2)dispersion with better particle dispersibility exhibited a more homogeneous surface structure,lower contact angle and higher absolute value of zeta potential.The average pore size and pure water flux of the TiO_(2)ceramic ultrafiltration membrane were 48 nm and 242 L/(m^(2)·h·bar),which could remove up to 10.2%and 8.5%of UV254 and DOC during surface water treatment,respectively.
