摘  要:探讨绿狐尾藻(Myriophyllum aquaticum)在宁夏地区不同磷(P)浓度下的生理特征及其对P的吸收和去除效果,有助于绿狐尾藻在宁夏畜禽养殖废水处理中推广应用。实验设置7组P浓度(0、1、5、15、30、50、80 mg/L)废水,每5 d更新一次废水,室内培养25 d。结果表明,外源P的添加对绿狐尾藻株高和生物量变化影响不大,但能显著影响其顶芽叶绿素(Chl)、可溶性糖和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,随着外源P的增加,叶片和茎中的Chl含量均逐渐增加,可溶性糖含量和丙二醛含量逐渐降低,说明绿狐尾藻耐污能力极强,更适合生长在高P浓度废水中。7组不同P浓度处理下绿狐尾藻植株全磷含量为6.9~15.4 g/kg,表现出对P超高的吸收能力;各处理随着培养时间的增加,绿狐尾藻对每一周期残水TP的去除率也逐渐增加,并在第20 d达到最大去除率,去除率为57.2%~77.0%。鉴于绿狐尾藻在高P废水中的高耐受性,及很强的P吸收能力,绿狐尾藻可作为高P畜禽养殖废水生物处理中理想的湿地生物,具有良好的应用前景。To investigate the physiological characteristics of Myriophyllum aquaticum(M.aquaticum)under varying phosphorus(P)concentrations in Ningxia,as well as its capacity for P absorption and removal,we conducted an experiment to guide its potential use in treating high-P wastewater from local livestock and poultry breeding.Seven groups of wastewater containing 0,1,5,15,30,50,or 80 mg/L of P were incubated for 25 days,with the wastewater renewed every five days.The results indicated that although exogenous P had minimal influence on plant height and biomass,it significantly affected the chlorophyll(Chl),soluble sugar,and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in the apical buds.The total phosphorus content in M.aquaticum ranged from 6.9 to 15.4 g/kg under these seven concentrations,demonstrating its exceptionally high P uptake capacity.As the cultivation period progressed,the total P removal rate from the residual water steadily increased,peaking at 57.2%~77.0%on the 20th day.Given its high tolerance and robust P absorption in high-P wastewater,M.aquaticum is an ideal wetland species for biologically treating livestock and poultry effluent,indicating promising prospects for future applications.
