分子筛对养猪废水中氨氮的吸附及再生研究

摘  要:廉价易得的分子筛可降低废水中的氨氮负荷,有望改善猪场废水的生化处理效果,同时实现分子筛的循环使用。选择从国药集团购买3A、4A、5A、13X和Zsm-5等5种分子筛,进行氨氮的吸附及再生性能研究。选择时间、初始浓度、温度、pH及分子筛投加量进行单因素分析。结果表明,Zsm-5是吸附氨氮的最佳分子筛,在35℃、pH为6~7的溶液中,使用300 g/L Zsm-5分子筛吸附氨氮废水48 h时效果最佳。用NaCl溶液对吸附氨氮后的Zsm-5型分子筛进行再生,经多次循环处理,分子筛对氨氮的去除能力仍能达到70%~80%,显示具有良好的工程应用潜力。Cheap and readily available molecular sieves can reduce the ammonia nitrogen load in wastewater,which is expected to improve the biochemical treatment effect of pig farm wastewater while achieving the recycling of molecular sieves.Five types of molecular sieves,namely 3A,4A,5A,13X,and Zsm-5,were purchased from National Pharmaceutical Group to study the adsorption and regeneration performance of ammonia nitrogen.Single-factor analysis was conducted on factors such as time,initial concentration,temperature,pH,and dosage of molecular sieves.The results showed that Zsm-5 was the best molecular sieve for adsorbing ammonia nitrogen.The optimal effect was achieved when using 300 g/L Zsm-5 molecular sieve for 48 hours in a solution with a temperature of 35℃and pH of 6~7.The Zsm-5 molecular sieve,after adsorbing ammonia nitrogen,was regenerated using NaCl solution.After multiple cycles,the ability of the molecular sieve to remove ammonia nitrogen still reached 70%~80%,indicating its good potential for engineering applications.
