摘 要:为高效固液分离废弃水基钻井液,采用盐酸作为酸化剂,使硅酸钠水溶液活化共聚形成聚硅酸,再引入金属铁离子制备了无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸铁(PSF)。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察样品的结构特征,傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线衍射光谱(XPS)分析其化学结构。讨论了不同硅铁摩尔比合成的PSF在不同投加量下对中海油服自主研发的复合型水基钻井液的固液分离效率。利用Ferron逐时络合比色法测定了PSF中铁的形态分布,并观测PSF水解过程中pH的变化来绘制溶液-沉淀平衡区域图,探究铁氢氧基络合物分布规律。最终筛选出的最佳絮凝体系为:将硅铁摩尔比为1:2的PSF配置为30 wt%的水溶液,投加量为废液的3 wt%,搅拌时间为30 s,絮体含水率为35.8%,每100 mL废液产生61 mL滤液。该研究为海上钻井废水中实现高效固液分离提供了实用指导。To efficiently separate solid and liquid phases in the waste water-based drilling fluid,hydrochloric acid was employed as an acidifying agent to activate sodium silicate solution and induce co-polymerization to form polymeric silicic acid.Subsequently,the introduction of metallic iron ions led to the synthesis of an inorganic polymer flocculant known as poly-silicic-ferric(PSF).The structural features of the samples were observed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),while their chemical structure was analyzed through Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XPS).The discussion focused on the solid-liquid separation efficiency of PSF,synthesized with different silicon-iron molar ratios,under varying dosages in the composite waste water-based drilling fluid developed independently by CNOOC Oilfield Service Corporation.The morphology distribution of iron in PSF was determined using the Ferron complexation timed spectrophotometric method.Additionally,pH variations during the hydrolysis process of PSF were monitored to construct a solution-precipitation equilibrium diagram,elucidating the distribution patterns of iron hydroxy complexes.The optimal flocculation system was identified as follows:preparing a 30 wt%aqueous solution of PSF,dosing it at 3 wt%of the wastewater,stirring for 30 seconds.The resulting floc had a moisture content of 34.8%,producing 61 mL of filtrate per 100 mL of wastewater.This study provides practical guidance for achieving efficient solid-liquid separation in offshore drilling wastewater.
