摘  要:铬作为一种常见重金属,在水中常以六价铬Cr(Ⅵ)形式存在,生物毒性强烈。本研究以Cr(Ⅵ)污染物为研究对象,首先制备了生物炭负载纳米零价铁(nZVI@BC)及生物炭负载硫化亚铁(FeS@BC)功能材料,表征分析了材料的表面结构和物化性质。接着通过单因素实验及响应面优化实验探究了最佳反应条件,揭示了生物炭铁基功能化钝化去除Cr(VI)的性能和影响因素,分析了相关机理。研究结果表明:铁基生物炭投加量、pH、Cr(VI)初始浓度以及温度是影响Cr(VI)钝化去除的关键因素。两种材料去除Cr(VI)的机理主要包括物化吸附、化学还原、金属共沉淀。As a common heavy metal,chromium often exists in the form of hexavalent chromium Cr(VI)in water,which has strong biological toxicity.Biochar materials can effectively passivate heavy metals.In this study,Cr(VI)wastewater was taken as the research object,and the functional materials of nano-zero-valent iron(nZVI@BC)and ferrous sulfide(FeS@BC)supported by biochar were firstly prepared,and the surface structure and physicochemical properties of the materials were characterized and analyzed.The optimal reaction conditions were then explored by single factor experiments and response surface optimization experiments,and the performance and influencing factors of Cr(VI)removal were revealed,and the related mechanism was analyzed.The results show that the dosage of iron-based biochar,pH,initial concentration of Cr(VI)and temperature are the key factors affecting the passivation and removal of Cr(VI).The mechanisms of Cr(VI)removal by the two materials include physicochemical adsorption,chemical reduction and metal coprecipitation.
