生化尾水深度处理生物膜载体筛选研究

摘  要:为筛选适合低浓度生化尾水深度处理的生物膜载体,本文采用4种不同孔隙率的生物膜载体(悬浮型的多面空心球、K1型填料与堆积型的陶粒、火山岩)进行挂膜,考察载体附着生物膜的主要特性(生物膜量MLSS、胞外聚合物EPS)和废水处理效果。结果表明:悬浮型载体附着生物膜的MLSS、生物膜活性f值较高,MLVSS(5.44 mg/cm3)、EPS(19.03 mg/(g·SS))、PN(5.22 mg/(g·SS))、PS(13.81 mg/(g·SS))含量均高于堆积型生物膜载体,且悬浮型生物膜载体的污染物去除效果优于堆积型生物膜载体。多面空心球生物膜载体附着的生物膜量(7.60±4.01 mg/cm3)最大且生物膜活性f值(0.88±0.08)最高,生物膜中EPS含量(20.77±6.61 mg/(g·SS))、EPS中多糖含量(15.75±4.48 mg/(g·SS))均高于其他生物膜载体;多面空心球生物膜载体对COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N和TP去除率分别为(63.74±3.02)%、(90.67±6.46)%和(62.74±3.47)%,污染物去除效果最好。其他三种生物膜载体生物膜量、EPS含量均低于多面空心球;除火山岩对NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率(90.82±8.35%)略高于多面空心球,K1型填料和陶粒对污染物去除率均低于多面空心球生物膜载体。总之,多面空心球是低浓度生化尾水处理挂膜的最适生物膜载体。To identify the most suitable biocarrier for advanced treatment of low-strength biochemical effluent,four biocarriers with differing void ratios—suspended polyhedral hollow ball,K1 filler,accumulated ceramsite,and volcanic rock—were evaluated for biofilm formation.The main biofilm properties,including biofilm biomass(BB),volatile biofilm biomass(VBB),extracellular polymeric substances(EPS),and pollutant removal performance,were investigated.Suspended biocarriers exhibited higher BB content and biofilm activity(f-value)than accumulated biocarriers.They also had higher contents of VBB(5.44 mg/cm³),EPS(19.03 mg/(g·SS)),protein(PN)(5.22 mg/(g·SS)),and polysaccharide(PS)(13.81 mg/(g·SS)).Among these,the polyhedral hollow ball presented the highest BB(7.60±4.01 mg/cm³)and f-value(0.88±0.08),as well as elevated EPS(20.77±6.61 mg/(g·SS))and PS(15.75±4.48 mg/(g·SS))contents.Consequently,it exhibited the best pollutant removal rates at 63.74%±3.02%for COD,90.67%±6.46%for NH_(4)^(+)-N,and 62.74%±3.47%for TP.Although volcanic rock achieved a slightly higher NH_(4)^(+)-N removal rate(90.82%±8.35%),both K1 filler and ceramsite showed lower removal efficiencies than the polyhedral hollow ball.Overall,the polyhedral hollow ball emerges as the most suitable biocarrier for advanced treatment of low-strength biochemical effluent.
