硫磺-铁碳复合填料配比对反硝化脱氮的影响探究

摘  要:针对不同配比的铁碳填料和硫磺-铁碳复合填料进行反硝化脱氮的实验,考察其脱氮效果。在铁碳填料配比的实验中,共设置了5个不同的组合IC1~IC5,其铁碳体积比分别为3:1、2:1、1:1、1:2和1:3。结果表明,实验组IC4(Fe:C=1:2)和IC5(Fe:C=1:3)的NO_(3)^(-)-N去除率分别为67.16%和65.52%,但IC5产生更多的NH_(4)^(+)-N,因此Fe:C=1:2为最佳铁碳填料配比。在优化硫磺-铁碳复合填料配比的实验中,将上一步得到的最佳铁碳填料与硫磺颗粒结合,设置6个不同配比的实验组SIC0~SIC5,其硫磺与铁碳填料的体积比分别为1:0、1:1、2:1、3:1、4:1和5:1。结果表明,SIC2(S:IC=2:1)的NO_(3)^(-)-N去除率最高,为48.74%,其TN去除率也最高,为55.24%,也没有明显的NO_(2)^(-)-N积累现象,pH 7天仅变化0.58。因此,硫磺与铁碳填料的比例为2:1时,复合填料形成的脱氮体系性能更优。Experiments on denitrification and nitrogen removal of iron-carbon fillers with different proportions and sulfur-iron-carbon composite fillers were carried out to investigate their denitrification effects.In the experiment of iron-carbon filling ratio,five different combinations IC1~IC5 were set up,and their iron-carbon volume ratios were 3:1,2:1,1:1,1:2 and 1:3,respectively.The results showed that the NO_(3)^(-)-N removal rates of IC4(Fe:C=1:2)and IC5(Fe:C=1:3)in the experimental group were 67.16%and 65.52%,respectively,but IC5 produced more NH_(4)^(+)-N,so Fe:C=1:2 was the best iron-carbon filler ratio.In the experiment to optimize the ratio of sulfur-iron-carbon composite fillers,the best iron-carbon fillers obtained in the previous step~were combined with sulfur particles,and six experimental groups with different ratios of SIC0 to SIC5 were set up.The volume ratios of sulfur to iron-carbon fillers were 1:0,1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1 and 5:1,respectively.The results showed that SIC2(S:IC=2:1)had the highest NO_(3)^(-)-N removal rate,which was 48.74%,and the highest TN removal rate,which was 55.24%.There was no obvious NO_(2)^(-)-N accumulation phenomenon,and pH only changed by 0.58 in 7 days.Therefore,when the ratio of sulfur to iron-carbon filler is 2:1,the nitrogen removal system formed by the composite filler has better performance.
