摘  要:南沙新区某污水处理厂一期规模2.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d,采用AAO氧化沟工艺,出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准和《广东省地方标准水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26-2001)第二时段一级标准中的两者较严值,污泥出厂含水率80%。二期提标扩容工程采用改良AAO工艺,并在原工艺基础上新增高效沉淀池+反硝化深床滤池深度处理工艺,采用次氯酸钠消毒,出水标准提高至《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)V类水标准和《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准中的两者较严值(ρ(TN)≤10 mg/L除外)。污泥干化均采用污泥浓缩+污泥低温干化(冷凝除湿)工艺,污泥出厂含水率降低至40%,二期提标扩容工程将总处理规模提高至6.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d。建成后1年的运行结果表明:提标扩容改造工程运行良好,出水水质稳定达标,主要指标优于《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅲ类水标准,同时实现污泥减量化。A wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Nansha New Area had an original capacity of 2.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d,employing an AAO oxidation ditch process.Its effluent standard conformed to the stricter value between the First Level A standard in GB18918-2002 and the provincial standard DB44/26-2001(Phase II),and the sludge moisture content was 80%.The upgrading and expansion project aimed to meet the stricter value between the Grade V water standard in GB3838-2002 and the First Level A standard in GB18918-2002(except TN limited to 10 mg/L),reduce sludge moisture content to 40%,and expand the capacity to 6.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d.For the upgrade,an efficient sedimentation tank plus a denitrification deep-bed filter was added to the existing AAO oxidation ditch.In the expansion,an improved AAO+efficient sedimentation tank+denitrification deep-bed filter process was adopted,with sodium hypochlorite for disinfection and a sludge concentration plus low-temperature drying(condensation and dehumidification)system for sludge handling.One year of post-completion operation revealed stable performance,with effluent quality meeting or exceeding the ClassⅢwater standard in GB3838-2002 and successful sludge reduction.
