艾灸治疗偏头痛疗效特点及作用机制

摘　　要：灸法是一种独特且有效的治疗方法,尤其是在偏头痛治疗方面有着特别的优势。艾灸通过艾热刺激人体的穴位或特定部位,可以达到激发经气活动以调整人体生理功能的目的。该文通过查阅大量近年来艾灸治疗偏头痛的文献,证实艾灸治疗偏头痛具有温中祛寒、散结止痛,疏通经脉、调整阴阳,综合调理、消除邪气,预防保健、病后防复等疗效特点。此外,艾灸治疗可通过改善血液循环,减少疼痛感觉,调控血管活性相关肽,降低炎症反应,升高血清5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)水平,降低降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP)、P物质(substance P,SP)水平等途径,调整身体状况,使内脏器官的功能保持阴阳平衡,进而有助于改善偏头痛的问题。Moxibustion is a unique and effective treatment method,especially in migraine has a special advantage.Moxibustion stimulates the acupoints or specific parts of the human body by moxa heat,which can achieve the purpose of stimulating the activities of meridian Qi to adjust the physiological function of the human body.In this paper,by consulting a large number of literatures on moxibustion treatment of migraine in recent years,it is confirmed that moxibustion treatment of migraine has the functions of warming middle and dispelling cold,resolving masses and relieving pain.Dredging meridians,adjusting Yin and Yang;comprehensive conditioning,eliminate evil;the curative effect characteristics of prevention and health care,prevention and recovery after disease.In addition,moxibustion treatment can adjust the body's condition in an all-round way by improving blood circulation,reducing pain sensation,regulating vasoactivity peptidein,reducing inflammatory reaction,creasing serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)level,reducing calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and substance P(SP)level,so that the function of internal organs can maintain the balance of Yin and Yang,which is helpful to improve the problem of migraine.
