基于“治痿独取阳明”理论探讨中药补骨脂防治骨质疏松症作用机制和研究进展

摘　　要：骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种多发于老年人、绝经后女性的常见疾病。随着中国社会人口老龄化程度的加重、社会快速发展时精神压力的激增,易患骨质疏松症的人群也日渐广泛,人们对骨质疏松症的关注度更是不断提高。西医方面,许多骨质疏松症患者的抗骨松疗效并不理想。中医药抗骨松呈现出无可取代的优势。近年来,越来越多的临床研究表明中药补骨脂在骨质疏松症的防治中具有很大的临床价值。补骨脂作为补肾健骨的常用药,具有补肾壮阳、固精缩尿、温脾止泻等功效,其有效成分主要是通过干预调控因子和信号通路等多因素、多途径调控骨重建,促进骨形成、抑制骨吸收以防治骨质疏松症。该文基于“治痿独取阳明”理论探讨骨质疏松症的病因病机,补骨脂的主要活性成分、药理作用,以及补骨脂在临床中的应用,旨在探讨中药补骨脂防治骨质疏松症的作用机制及研究进展,以期为其在临床中诊疗骨质疏松症提供新的用药思路和参考。Osteoporosis(OP)is a common disease in the elderly and postmenopausal women.With the aggravation of population aging in China and the surge of mental pressure in the rapid development of society,people prone to OP are increasingly widespread,and people pay more and more attention to OP.In terms of Western medicine,many patients with OP have unsatisfactory anti-bone pine efficacy.Traditional Chinese medicine has shown irreplaceable advantages in anti-bone pine.In recent years,more and more clinical studies have shown that Buguzhi(Psoraleae Fructus)has great clinical value in the prevention and treatment of OP.Buguzhi(Psoraleae Fructus),as a common drug for invigorating kidney and strengthening bones,has the functions of invigorating kidney and strengthening Yang,strengthening essence and shrinking urine,warming spleen and preventing diarrhea,etc.Its effective components are mainly to regulate bone reconstruction through multiple factors and ways such as interfering regulatory factors and signaling pathways,promoting bone formation and inhibiting bone absorption to prevent and treat OP.This paper will discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of OP,the main active ingredients and pharmacological effects of Buguzhi(Psoraleae Fructus),as well as the clinical application of Buguzhi(Psoraleae Fructus)based on the theory of“treating atrophy by focusing on Yangming”,in order to explore the mechanism of action and research progress of the traditional Chinese medicine Buguzhi(Psoraleae Fructus)in the prevention and treatment of OP,in order to provide new drug ideas and references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of OP.
