银翘散抗病毒作用及煎煮时间对其影响研究进展

摘　　要：银翘散既有疏风泄热、宣透肺卫之功,又有清热解毒之效,药理学研究表明该方有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、解热镇痛等作用。银翘散整方和单味药中抗病毒的有效成分主要为黄酮类、挥发油类和木脂素类,临床上多用于治疗病毒性感染疾病,是治疗流感初期风热犯卫证的代表方剂,被称为“温病第一方”。近年来研究发现银翘散通过抑制病毒复制、调节炎症反应以及改善免疫水平等多种途径发挥抗病毒作用,与Toll样受体4(TLR4)、Toll样受体7(TLR7)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)、Janus激酶/信号转导和转录激活因子(JAK/STAT)等信号通路的作用密切相关。银翘散的煎煮方法特殊,“上杵为散,鲜苇根汤煎,香气大出,即取服,勿过煮”,煎煮时间对其抗病毒的有效成分、临床疗效具有重要影响。该文总结归纳银翘散在病毒性疾病中的应用和单味药的抗病毒作用,重点阐述银翘散的煎煮方式及煎煮时间对其有效成分及抗病毒作用的影响,以期为提高银翘散临床疗效提供方向。Yinqiao Powder(银翘散)has the function of dispersing wind and draining heat,declaring and penetrating the lung and Wei,and also has the effect of clearing heat and removing toxins.Pharmacological studies have shown that this formula has the effects of antibacterial,antiviral,anti-inflammatory,antipyretic and analgesic.Yinqiao Powder whole formula and single drug in the antiviral active ingredients are mainly flavonoids,volatile oils and lignans,clinically used in the treatment of viral infections,is the treatment of influenza at the initial stage of wind-heat violation of the representative formula,known as“the first formula for warm diseases”.In recent years,it has been found that Yinqiao Powder exerts antiviral effects by inhibiting viral replication,regulating inflammatory response and improving immune level,which are closely related to the effects of signaling pathways,such as TLR4,TLR7,NF-κB,JAK/STAT,etc.The decoction of Yinqiao Powder is made in a special way.The decoction method of Yinqiao Powder is special:“Pestle and mortar is used to make bulk,fresh reed root is decocted in soup,the aroma comes out,then it is taken to be served,do not overcooked”,and its decoction time has an important effect on the active ingredients of antiviral and clinical efficacy.The paper summarizes the application of Yinqiao Powder in viral diseases and the antiviral effects of single drugs,focusing on the effects of the decoction method and decoction time of Yinqiao Powder on its active ingredients and antiviral effects,with a view to providing a direction to improve the clinical efficacy of Yinqiao Powder.
