经典名方苓桂术甘汤历史沿革与现代临床应用分析

摘　　要：苓桂术甘汤作为汉代医圣张仲景的传世名方,现收录于《古代经典名方目录(第一批)》中,该方主要由茯苓、桂枝、白术、甘草4味中草药组成,具有温化痰饮、补脾除湿之功效,主要用于治疗中阳虚弱导致痰饮停聚引起的心下悸、胸胁支满及目眩。作者采用文献计量学的方法,对记载苓桂术甘汤的古籍,从处方来源、组成、用量、制法、用法、功效主治、制方原理及加减变化等方面进行系统梳理,探明其历史沿革,确定其关键信息内容。并对其现代文献进行统计分析,发现苓桂术甘汤临床应用广泛,可用于慢性心力衰竭、非酒精性脂肪肝、肝硬化腹水等疾病,中医学病机总属中阳不足、痰饮停聚。通过对记载苓桂术甘汤的古籍及现代文献进行分析研究,以期为经典名方苓桂术甘汤的临床应用、深层研究及研发提供科学依据。As a famous prescription from ZHANG Zhongjing,a medical sage of Han Dynasty,Linggui Zhugan Decoction(苓桂术甘汤)is now included in the Catalogue of Ancient Classical Prescriptions(the First Batch).It is mainly composed of four Chinese herbs including Fuling(Poria cocos),Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus),Baizhu(Actractylodes Macrocephala Koidz),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma).It has the effects of warming phlegm and reducing phlegm and tonifying spleen and dehydrating spleen,and is mainly used to treat lower heart palpitation,full chest and side support and dizziness caused by phlegm stopping accumulation caused by weakness of middle Yang.By the method of bibliometrics,the author systematically sorted out the ancient books of Linggui Zhugan Decoction from the aspects of prescription source,composition,dosage,usage,efficacy indications,prescription principle,drug processing,addition and subtraction,etc.To find out its history and determine its key information content.It is found that Linggui Zhugan Decoction is widely used in clinic,which can be used in chronic heart failure,non-alcoholic fatty liver,cirrhotic ascites and other diseases.The pathogenesis of Chinese medicine is deficiency of middle Yang and phlegm drink stopping accumulation.Through the analysis and research of ancient books and modern literature about Linggui Zhugan Decoction,it is expected to provide scientific basis for the clinical application,in-depth research and development of Linggui Zhugan Decoction.
