摘　　要：目的构建中文版干燥综合征口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-pSS),并评估其信度和效度。方法选取2020年10月至2023年10月在本院就诊的97例干燥综合征患者,填写OHIP-pSS量表。通过Cronbach’sα系数和折半系数对量表进行信度分析,采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析对量表进行效度检验。结果探索性因子分析筛选出生理功能限制和社会心理限制两个因子,累积方差贡献率为70.24%。各条目载荷均大于0.8。验证性因子分析结果显示:χ^(2)/df=1.835,TLI=0.929,CFI=0.941,RMR=0.066,RMSEA=0.093,各因子的Cronbach’sα系数和折半系数均大于0.8,表明该量表具有良好的效度和足够的内部一致性及稳定性。结论中文干燥综合征口腔健康影响程度量表具有良好的信度和效度,可用作评估干燥综合征患者口腔健康生活质量的工具。Objective To develop the Chinese version of the Oral Health Impact Profile for primary Sjögren's Syndrome(OHIP-pSS)and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods A total of 97 patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome who visited Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected to complete the OHIP-pSS questionnaire.The scale's reliability was analyzed using Cronbach'sαcoefficient and split-half coefficient,and its validity was tested through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Results Exploratory factor analysis identified two factors namely physiological function limitation and social psychological limitation,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 70.24%.All items loading were greater than 0.8.The results of the confirmatory factor analysis wereχ^(2)/df=1.835,Tucker-Lewis index(TLI)=0.929,comparative fit index(CFI)=0.941,the root mean square error(RMR)=0.066,root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA)=0.093,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficient and split-half coefficient for each factor were all greater than 0.8,indicating that the scale has good validity and sufficient internal consistency and stability.Conclusion The Chinese version of OHIP-pSS demonstrates good reliability and validity and can serve as a tool for assessing oral health-related quality of life in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome.
