中药熏洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探究中药熏洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法选取2022年2月至2023年9月收治的慢性肛周湿疹患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组予派瑞松软膏联合炉甘石洗剂外用治疗,观察组予中药熏洗治疗。比较两组患者治疗后肛周潮湿、瘙痒、皮损改善情况和疗效、并发症及血清IFN-γ、IL-4水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肛周潮湿、瘙痒、皮损面积、形态评分、血清IFN-γ及IL-4水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束3个月后随访,观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗可改善慢性肛周湿疹患者皮肤潮湿、瘙痒、皮损情况,促进炎症消退吸收,其疗效及安全性高于常规治疗。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema.Methods Ninety-two patients with chronic perianal eczema admitted from February 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into with the control group and the observation group by using the method of random number table.The control group was treated with Parasol ointment combined with glycerite lotion externally,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,and washing.After treatment,perianal moisture,itching,skin lesions and improvement of efficacy,complications and serum IFN-γ,IL-4 level were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of perianal dampness,itching,lesion area,morphology score,serum IFN-γand IL-4 levels between the two groups of patients after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the follow-up 3 months after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can significantly improve the moist,itchy,skin lesions of perianal skin in patients with chronic perianal eczema,promote the inflammation to subside and absorb,and its efficacy and safety are higher than that of conventional treatment.
