润燥止痒胶囊联合奥洛他定治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨润燥止痒胶囊联合奥洛他定治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症患者的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年12月常州市德安医院收治的60名老年皮肤瘙痒症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用盐酸奥洛他定治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用润燥止痒胶囊治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。比较两组患者的治疗效果、瘙痒情况、细胞因子及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组瘙痒面积、瘙痒发生频率和瘙瘙痒持续时间评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-6、干细胞因子、强啡肽水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用润燥止痒胶囊联合奥洛他定治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症患者的效果显著,能够有效缓解瘙痒症状,降低细胞因子水平,具有较高的安全性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with olopatadine on patients with senile pruritus.Methods Sixty patients with senile pruritus treated in Changzhou De'an Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olopatadine hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Runzao zhiyang capsule on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The therapeutic effect,pruritus,cytokines and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the itching area,itching frequency and itching duration score of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05);the levels of interleukin-2,interleukin-6,stem cell factor and dynorkephalin in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with olopatadine in the treatment of patients senile pruritus has significant effects,can effectively relieve itching symptoms,reduce cytokine levels,and has a high safety.
