苦参百部黄柏汤联合氟康唑胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者的临床效果及安全性评估

摘　　要：目的评估苦参百部黄柏汤联合氟康唑胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)患者的临床效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2023年3月—2024年3月玉门市总医院(玉门市第一人民医院)收治的164例VVC患者的临床资料,按不同治疗方式将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组(n=80)采用氟康唑胶囊治疗,研究组(n=84)采用苦参百部黄柏汤联合氟康唑胶囊治疗。对比两组的中医证候积分、阴道分泌物细胞因子水平及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,两组各项中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-12、干扰素-γ水平均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为3.57%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用苦参百部黄柏汤联合氟康唑胶囊治疗VVC患者,可有效降低其中医证候积分,减轻阴道炎症反应,并可降低并发症发生率,安全性较高。Objective Evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Kushen Baibu Huangbai decoction combined with fluconazole capsules in the treatment of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC).Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 164 patients with VVC admitted to Yumen General Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024,divide them into a control group and a research group according to different treatment methods(The First People's Hospital of Yumen City).The control group(n=80)was treated with fluconazole capsules,while the research group(n=84)was treated with Kushen Baibu Huangbai decoction combined with fluconazole capsules.Compare the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points,cytokine levels in vaginal secretions,and occurrence of complications between two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the research group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the average levels of interleukin-4,interleukin-6,interleukin-12,and interferon-γin both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the research group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group was 3.57%,which was lower than 12.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Kushen Baibu Huangbai decoction combined with fluconazole capsules in the treatment of patients with VVC can effectively reduce their traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points,alleviate vaginal inflammatory reactions,and reduce the incidence of complications,with high safety.
