摘　　要：目的分析针灸治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2023年2月—2024年2月济南市章丘区中医医院收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗。比较两组的炎性因子水平、疼痛程度、腰椎功能、临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组日本骨科学会下腰痛评价量表评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出患者的临床效果显著,可缓解疼痛,改善腰椎功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective Analysis of the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on pain degree of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods Selecting 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Zhangqiu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jinan City from February 2023 to February 2024 as the research subjects,Randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group based on the order of admission,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Compare the levels of inflammatory factors,pain degree,lumbar spine function,and clinical efficacy between two groups.Results After treatment,the average levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Visual Analogue Scale scores for pain in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Lower Back Pain Assessment scores for both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than the 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant clinical effect on patients with lumbar disc herniation,which can relieve pain degree and improve lumbar spine function,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
