针刺联合活血镇痛汤、塞来昔布治疗在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合活血镇痛汤、塞来昔布治疗在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月康县中医院收治的156例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为常规组、对照组和观察组,各52例。常规组采用塞来昔布治疗,对照组采用活血镇痛汤、塞来昔布治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用针刺治疗。比较三组的疼痛程度、腰椎功能、日常生活能力、炎症因子水平、临床疗效。结果治疗后,三组疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组和常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组腰椎日本骨协会评估治疗分数中各项评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组和常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组Barthel指数均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组和常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组白细胞介素-6、前列腺素E2水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组和常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.23%,高于对照组的78.85%和常规组的65.38%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合活血镇痛汤、塞来昔布治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者可提高疗效,促进患者腰椎功能恢复,并提高生活质量。Objective Exploring the application effect of acupuncture combined with Huoxue Zhentong decoction and Celecoxib on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 156 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Kangxian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a conventional group,a control group and an observation group,with 52 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with celecoxib,the control group was treated with Huoxue Zhentong decoction and celecoxib,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Compare the pain level,lumbar spine function,daily living ability,inflammatory factor levels,and clinical efficacy among three groups.Results After treatment,the scores of pain Visual Analogue Scale in all three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the lumbar spine Japanese Orthopaedic Association in all three groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Barthel Index in all three groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of interleukin-6 and prostaglandin E2 in all three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group and the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%,which was higher than the control group's 78.85%and the conventional group's 65.38%,the differences bet
