手法按摩联合耳穴压豆对剖宫产产妇泌乳量及母乳喂养率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨手法按摩联合耳穴压豆对剖宫产产妇泌乳量及母乳喂养率的影响。方法选择2022年7月—2023年6月于金乡县人民医院行剖宫产分娩的100例产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用手法按摩联合耳穴压豆。比较两组的术后泌乳情况、母乳喂养情况、乳房胀痛情况及护理满意度。结果研究组泌乳始动时间为(22.14±2.45)h,短于对照组,产后24、48、72 h时的泌乳量分别为(40.47±5.52)mL、(82.63±10.62)mL、(138.63±14.71)mL,均多于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组母乳喂养率为72.00%,高于对照组的42.00%,人工喂养率为8.00%,低于对照组的26.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组乳房胀痛0级占比为66.00%,高于对照组的32.00%,Ⅲ级占比为6.00%,低于对照组的22.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇进行手法按摩与耳穴压豆干预,能够缩短产妇泌乳始动时间,提升母乳喂养率,并减轻产妇的乳房胀痛,提高产妇的护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of manual massage combined with ear point pressure bean on lactation volume and breastfeeding rate of cesarean section parturient.Methods 100 cases of cesarean section delivery in Jinxiang People's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group with 50 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group,was treated with manual massage combined with ear point pressure bean on the basis of the control group.The postoperative,lactation situation,breastfeeding situation,breast tenderness situation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The first lactation time of the study group was(22.14±2.45)h,which was shorter than that of the control group,the milk yield at 24,48 and 72 hours after delivery was(40.47±5.52)mL,(82.63±10.62)mL and(138.63±14.71)mL,respectively,which were more than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The breast-feeding rate of the study group was 72.00%,which was higher than 42.00%of the control group,and the artificial feeding rate was 8.00%,which was lower than 26.00%of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the proportion of grade 0 breast tenderness in the study group was 66.00%,which was higher than 32.00%in the control group,and the proportion of gradeⅢbreast tenderness was 6.00%,which was lower than 22.00%in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction of nursing in the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Manual massage and ear-point pressure bean can shorten the time of lactation,improve breastfeeding rate,reduce breast pain and improve nursing satisfaction of parturient women.It is worth promoting.
