摘 要:目的探讨视频宣教联合呼吸功能强化锻炼干预对尘肺病患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2021年9月—2023年9月枣庄市峄城区人民医院收治的84例尘肺病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用视频宣教联合呼吸功能强化锻炼干预。对比两组患者的负面情绪、自我效能、呼吸功能、肺功能及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、改良英国医学研究委员会呼吸困难量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一般自我效能感量表、健康调查简表评分、FEV_(1)/FVC均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频宣教联合呼吸功能强化锻炼可以减轻尘肺病患者的不良情绪,增强自我效能,并改善呼吸功能与肺功能,有效提升生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of video education combined with respiratory function enhancement exercise intervention on the rehabilitation effect of patients with pneumoconiosis.Methods A total of 84 patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to Yicheng District People's Hospital in Zaozhuang City from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group received video education combined with respiratory function enhancement exercise intervention.Negative emotions,self-efficacy,respiratory function,lung function,and quality of life compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale and Modified Medical Research Council Dyspnea Scale in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the forced vital capacity forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))were all greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the General Self-Efficacy Scale and the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey and FEV_(1)/FVC in the experimental group were both higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Video education combined with respiratory function enhancement exercise can alleviate the negative emotions,enhance self-efficacy,improve respiratory function and lung function,and effectively enhance quality of life in patients with pneumoconiosis.
