循证心理护理联合优质护理干预对习惯性流产患者妊娠后心理状态、妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨循证心理护理联合优质护理干预对习惯性流产患者妊娠后心理状态、妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2020年11月—2022年11月菏泽市牡丹人民医院收治的84例习惯性流产患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用优质护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用循证心理护理干预。对比两组患者的心理状态、生活质量及妊娠结局。结果干预后,两组的焦虑、抑郁自评量表评分均较干预前下降,且观察组各项评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组健康状况调查简表的生理功能、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康评分均较干预前升高,且观察组各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的流产率、早产率分别为4.76%、21.43%,均低于对照组的19.05%、42.86%,足月分娩率为73.81%,高于对照组的38.10%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证心理护理联合优质护理能改善习惯性流产患者的妊娠后心理状态、妊娠结局,提升其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based psychological nursing combined with high-quality nursing intervention on post-pregnancy psychological status and pregnancy outcomes of patients with habitual abortion.Methods A total of 84 patients with habitual abortion treated in Mudan People's Hospital in Heze City from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received high-quality nursing intervention,and the observation group received evidence-based psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,quality of life and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating scale for anxiety and depression in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of physiological function,social function,emotional function and mental health in both groups of Short-Form Health Surveys were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The abortion rate and premature birth rate in the observation group were 4.76%and 21.43%,respectively,which were lower than 19.05%and 42.86%in the control group,and the term delivery rate was 73.81%,which was higher than 38.10%in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-Based psychological nursing combined with high-quality nursing can improve post-pregnancy psychological state and pregnancy outcome of patients with habitual abortion,and enhance their quality of life.
