游戏式引导的肘关节牵引联合功能锻炼在儿童肱骨髁上骨折护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨游戏式引导的肘关节牵引联合功能锻炼在儿童肱骨髁上骨折护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月—2023年9月山东省潍坊市中医院收治的50例肱骨髁上骨折患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用游戏式引导的肘关节牵引联合功能锻炼。对比两组的肘关节活动度、肘关节功能及并发症发生情况。结果干预3个月后,观察组旋前、旋后、屈曲和伸直活动度分别为(82.19±6.66)°、(81.55±5.47)°、(115.19±8.45)°、(166.54±12.58)°,均大于对照组的(73.09±5.07)°、(73.59±5.20)°、(103.84±8.22)°、(152.09±10.84)°,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组关节活动范围、疼痛、稳定性、生活能力评分分别为(17.52±3.15)分、(38.41±4.51)分、(8.10±1.16)分、(22.15±2.16)分,均高于对照组的(14.22±3.06)分、(35.18±4.33)分、(7.09±1.05)分、(19.19±2.29)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童肱骨髁上骨折护理中应用游戏式引导的肘关节牵引联合功能锻炼的方式具有显著效果,可提高患儿的肘关节功能,有效预防并发症的发生,改善整体预后及生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of game guided elbow joint traction combined with functional exercise in nursing care of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children.Methods Fifty children with supracondylar fracture of humerus admitted to Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Shandong Province from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the rsearch objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received game guided elbow joint traction combined with functional exercise on the basis of the control group.Elbow joint range of motion,elbow joint function and occurrecne of complication were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the ramge of motion of pronation,flexion and elongation in the observation group were(82.19±6.66)°,(81.55±5.47)°,(115.19±8.45)°and(166.54±12.58)°,respectively,which were greater than(73.09±5.07)°,(73.59±5.20)°,(103.84±8.22)°,(152.09±10.84)°in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the points of joint range of motion,pain,stability and living ability of the observation group were(17.52±3.15)points,(38.41±4.51)points,(8.10±1.16)points and(22.15±2.16)points,respectively,which were higher than(14.22±3.06)points,(35.18±4.33)points,(7.09±1.05)points and(19.19±2.29)points in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 32.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of game guided elbow traction combined with functional exercise in the nursing of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children has significant effects,which can improve the elbow function of children,effectively prevent the occurrence of co
