摘 要:为了提高单一α-Fe_(2)O_(3)薄膜的光阴极保护性能,采用阳极氧化法和溶胶-凝胶法在碳钢表面制备了CZTS/α-Fe_(2)O_(3)纳米晶复合薄膜。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和紫外可见光漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)分析了薄膜的形态、成分和光吸收特性。此外,还利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、莫特-肖特基(Mott-Schottky)曲线、极化曲线以及薄膜电极与裸碳钢耦合产生的光电流研究了薄膜的光电传输特性。结果表明:与α-Fe_(2)O_(3)薄膜相比,复合薄膜具有更好的光吸收范围。在光照条件下,复合薄膜的载流子浓度、光电流和薄膜阻抗均高于黑暗条件下的薄膜。此外,纳米晶复合薄膜比α-Fe_(2)O_(3)薄膜表现出更高的光电化学反应活性。在光照条件下,复合薄膜的腐蚀电位相对空白碳钢样品的负偏移为336 mV,复合薄膜对碳钢的腐蚀具有显著的保护作用。纳米晶复合薄膜还因其P-N异质结而提高了光阴极保护性能,在光照下的正向光电流高于黑暗中的正向光电流。In order to improve the photo⁃cathodic protection performance of singleα⁃Fe_(2)O_(3) film,CZTS/α⁃Fe_(2)O_(3) nanocrystalline composite film was prepared on the surface of carbon steel by anodic oxidation and sol⁃gel methods.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X⁃ray diffraction(XRD)and ultraviolet visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV⁃Vis DRS)were employed to analyze the morphology,composi⁃tion and optical absorption characteristics of the film.Additionally,the photoelectric transport properties of the film were also investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),Mott⁃Schottky plots,polarization curves,and photocurrent generated through coupling the film electrode with naked carbon steel.Results showed that the composite film had better light absorption range thanα⁃Fe_(2)O_(3) film.Under light con⁃ditions,the composite film exhibited higher carrier concentration,photocurrent,and film impedance than those in the dark.Furthermore,the nanocrystal composite film exhibited higher photoelectrochemical reactivity than the singleα⁃Fe_(2)O_(3) film.The composite film provided signifi⁃cant protection against corrosion of carbon steel,according to the corrosion potential of the carbon steel moving more negatively over 336 mV.The nanocrystalline composite film also improved photo⁃cathodic protection performance due to the P⁃N heterojunctions,with a higher positive photocurrent under light conditions than in the dark.
