摘  要:全球文化,作为世纪新学全球学的核心概念之一,中西方学者竞相解读,观点各异。西方学者鉴于其现代文明发生与发展之先进,往往倾向于将全球文化视为族地文化湮没于国际文化、归同于世界文化的类生态演化,提出优劣论等颇为极端的学说,试图将全球文化的本质诠释为对立和征服,虚无主义情绪亦难免随之悄然滋生。与之相反,或源自对于存在与延续的捍卫,或源自对于公平与正义的追寻,当前众多中国学者认为,全球文化是区别于族地文化、国际文化、世界文化的一种新的文化样态,其突出特征是兼容族地性、国际性与世界性的全球性。全球文化的运用及其价值展现,正是以其全球性为基础,将样态论与历程论、观照论与镶嵌论、别异论与统合论等方法相结合,批驳族地优劣论,纠偏文化虚无说。Global culture,as one of the core concepts of the new global studies of the century,has been interpreted by scholars from both China and the West with different perspectives.Western scholars,given the advanced occurrence and development of their modern civilization,often tend to view global culture as a Quasi-ecological evolution in which ethnic cultures are submerged in international culture and assimilated into the world culture.They propose extreme theories such as superiority and inferiority,attempting to interpret the essence of global culture as opposition and conquest.Nihilism is also inevitably bred quietly.On the contrary,many Chinese scholars currently believe that global culture is a new cultural form that distinct from ethnic,international,and world cultures,either stemming from the defense of existence and continuity,or from the pursuit of fairness and justice.Its prominent feature is its compatibility with ethnic,international,and global cultures.The application and value display of global culture is based on its global nature,combining methods such as morphology theory and process theory,observation theory and embedding theory,differentiation theory and integration theory,etc.,to refute the superiority and inferiority theory of ethnic groups and correct the cultural nihilism theory.
