摘  要:[目的/意义]数智时代的情报失误是情报工作失败的重要原因,数智时代的情报失误成因及规避策略研究具有重要的理论与现实意义。[方法/过程]首先,论述数智时代对情报工作的影响,并提出数智时代的情报失误。其次,从多层面分析数智时代的情报失误成因。最后,构建并解析数智时代的情报失误规避策略体系。[结果/结论]数智时代的情报失误成因主要包括情报主体、情报技术和情报环境3个层面的诸多因素。针对数智时代的情报失误成因,提出10条情报失误规避策略。[Purpose/significance]Intelligence Failure(IF)in the data-intelligence era is a significant contributor to the failure of intelligence operations.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the causes and avoidance strategies of IF in the data-intelligence era.[Method/process]Firstly,the influence of the data-intelligence era on intelligence operations was discussed and IF in the data-intelligence era was presented.Secondly,the causes of IF in the data-intelligence era were analyzed from multiple perspectives.Finally,a system of avoidance strategies for IF in the data-intelligence era was constructed and analyzed.[Result/conclusion]The results show that the causes of IF in the data-intelligence era mainly involve various factors at three levels:IF subjects,IF technologies and IF environments.In response to the causes of IF in the data-intelligence era,ten avoidance strategies for IF are proposed.
