SNA视角下城市群物流竞合演化博弈研究——以辽中南城市群为例

摘　　要：物流网络优化是促进城市群高质量发展的重要支撑,有利于推动区域协调发展。改进引力模型构建辽中南城市群物流网络,基于社会网络分析(SNA)视角剖析网络结构特征,运用演化博弈理论探究节点城市竞合行为并揭示其演化规律。结果表明,以沈阳和大连为核心,城市间物流联系强度呈现出放射状向边缘减弱的态势,城市物流发展呈现非均衡性、层级结构明显,整体竞合关系较为紧密;节点城市竞合关系随时间演变,受到政府规制、合作成本与收益、潜在收益与风险成本等多种因素影响。建议通过统筹优化物流网络、创新合作体制机制以发展城市间良性竞合,推动城市群物流协同发展。Logistics network optimization is a crucial support for promoting high-quality of urban agglomerations and regional coordinated development.This study applies an improved gravity model to construct the logistics network of Mid-southern Liaoning Urban Agglomeration,analyzes the characteristics of the network structure from the perspective of social network analysis(SNA),and explores the competitive and cooperative behaviors among node cities using evolutionary game theory,thereby revealing their evolutionary patterns.The results indicate that with Shenyang and Dalian as the cores,the intensity of logistics connections among cities exhibits a radial weakening trend towards the periphery,reflecting a non-equilibrium development of urban logistics with a distinct hierarchical structure and a relatively close overall competitive and cooperative relationship.The competitive and cooperative relationships among node cities evolve over time,influenced by various factors such as government regulations,cooperation costs and benefits,potential gains,and risk costs.It is recommended to optimize the logistics network comprehensively,innovate cooperation mechanisms,and foster healthy competition and cooperation among cities to promote the coordinated development of logistics within the urban agglomeration.
