摘 要:近年来,随着照明技术的不断突破,车灯行业迅速从卤素灯、氙气灯走向LED、激光以及Micro-LED。为了解国内外汽车车灯技术发展趋势,揭示汽车车灯行业发展方向、研究制定区域产业创新发展及专利布局策略,本文基于IncoPat专利数据库,将专利信息和汽车车灯产业相结合,分别从专利申请趋势、专利地域分布、专利申请人构成和专利技术布局等维度对全球及中国汽车车灯行业的专利态势进行分析,为中国汽车车灯产业的发展方向提供科学的参考依据。In recent years,with the continuous breakthrough of lighting technology,the industry has rapidly moved from halogen lamps and xenon lamps to LED,laser and Micro-LED.In order to understand the development trend of automobile headlight technology at home and abroad,reveal the development direction of automobile headlight industry,research and formulate regional industrial innovation and development and patent layout strategy.Based on the IncoPat patent database,this paper combines patent information with the automotive headlight industry,and analyzes the patent situation of the global and Chinese automotive headlight industry from the perspectives of patent application trend,patent geographical distribution,patent applicant composition and patent technology layout,respectively,to provide a scientific reference for the development direction of China’s automotive headlight industry.
