摘  要:顶部照明,无论是商超还是店铺,所使用轨道灯的占比都越来越多,轨道由于取电方便,灯可根据店铺不同的布置,可以方便调整灯具的位置和灯光的角度,从而应用越来越多。本文结合一款轨道灯灯具角度调节出现转轴不可靠、转轴阻尼变小、产生松动的结构进行改进,通过理论分析阻尼和零件材料,大小,垫片的数量相关,通过相关实验验证了理论分析,多次转动后通过垫片间的摩擦摩损间隙变大产生松动阻尼变小,得出结论屈服强度大的材料阻尼保持稳定,螺栓规格越大阻尼力越在,垫片数量越多阻尼越稳定。This article describes the top lighting,whether it is a supermarket or a store,the proportion of track lights used is more and more.With the track because of convenient access to electricity,lights can be arranged according to different stores,you can easily adjust the position of the lamp and the angle of the light,so as to apply more and more.In this paper,the structure of a track lamp is improved by combining the angle adjustment of the rotating shaft is unreliable,the damping of the rotating shaft is small,and the structure is loose.Through theoretical analysis,the damping is related to the material,size of the parts and the number of gaskets,and the theoretical analysis is verified by relevant experiments.After multiple rotation,the friction and friction loss gap between the gaskets becomes larger,resulting in the loose damping becomes smaller.It is concluded that the damping of the material with high yield strength is stable.The larger the bolt size is,the more the damping force is,the more the number of gaskets is,the more stable the damping is.
