摘 要:支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)是由多种原因引起的一种常见慢性呼吸系统疾病,可严重影响早产儿的生活质量及预后。感染、氧化应激等多种因素均可导致早产儿BPD的发生发展。IL-6作为重要的细胞因子,可激活各种信号传导级联反应,参与人体许多生理过程,目前认为是导致早产儿发生BPD的独立危险因素之一。以JAK/STAT为代表的IL-6相关信号通路可通过肺损伤、肺血管形成、上皮细胞的增殖及凋亡、铁死亡等多种途径在BPD的发生发展中发挥重要作用。该文主要综述IL-6相关信号通路在BPD中的相关机制的研究进展,为今后BPD治疗提供可能的新靶点。Bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD),a common chronic respiratory disease caused by multiple factors,can seriously affect the quality of life and prognosis of prematurity.A variety of factors,including infection and oxidative stress,can contribute to the development of BPD in prematurity.Interleukin 6(IL-6),as an important cytokine that activates various signal cascades and participates in many physiological processes in the body,is currently considered to be one of the independent risk factors for the development of BPD in prematurity.The IL-6-related signal pathways,represented by JAK/STAT,can play an important role in the development of BPD through various pathways such as lung injury,pulmonary angiogenesis,proliferation and apoptosis of epithelial cells,and ferroptosis.This article reviews the studies on the mechanism of IL-6-related signal pathways in BPD,which will provide possible new targets for its treatment in BPD in the future.
