摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)是儿童常见的睡眠障碍疾病,可引起低氧血症和高碳酸血症,导致身体多个系统器官的损害,引发神经认知功能、心血管、代谢、内分泌等方面的疾病。尤其是对认知功能的损害较为常见,具体表现在整体智力功能、记忆力、注意力、执行功能、语言能力和视觉空间能力六个方面。评定量表是儿童发育行为心理评定中收集资料的重要方法,为临床诊断和病情观察提供重要的科学依据,该综述对儿童OSAS认知功能相关评定量表进行归类总结。Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)is a common sleep disorder in children,which can cause hypoxemia and hypercapnia,leading to damage to multiple systems and organs in the body,and triggering diseases in neurocognitive function,cardiovascular,metabolic,endocrine,and other aspects.Especially,cognitive impairment is more common,manifested in six aspects:global intelligence,memory,attention,executive function,language and visuospatial ability.The rating scales are important means of collecting data in the psychological assessment of children's developmental behavior,providing important scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and disease observation.This review categorizes and summarizes cognitive function related rating scales for children with OSAS.
