摘  要:在目前大力推进“创新医防协同、医防融合机制”背景下,文章认为我国公共卫生人才队伍存在数量不足、结构不合理、培养机制不完善、流失严重等问题,提出拓宽人才引进途径、健全人才培养体系、完善人才评价与激励考核机制等建议,以引进、用好、留住公共卫生人才,推动我国卫生健康事业高质量发展。In the context of vigorously promoting the“mechanism innovation of coordination and inte-gration of medical care and prevention”,this paper pointed out that there were problems such as insufficient quan-tity,unreasonable structure,imperfect training mechanism and serious loss of public health talents in China.Sug-gestions were put forward including broadening the ways of talent introduction,improving the talent training sys-tem,the talent evaluation and incentive assessment mechanism,so as to introduce sucessfully public health tal-ents,give full play to their role and avoid brain drain,and to promote the high-quality development of healthcare services in China.
