摘 要:目的探讨混合现实(mixed reality,MR)技术结合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在肩关节外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月—2023年7月浙江大学医学院附属第二医院50名在骨科轮转的住院医师规范化培训学员,随机将入组学员分为试验组和对照组,每组各25名。试验组采用MR技术结合PBL教学法,对照组采用PBL教学法。采用理论知识考核,问卷调查以及模拟手术方案设计等方式进行教学效果评估。结果试验组有25名(100%)学员、对照组有18名(72%)学员认为所在组采用的教学模式有助于激发学员的学习兴趣,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有22名(88%)学员、对照组15名(60%)学员认为所在组的学习教学模式有助于学员学习复杂的肩关节解剖,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有20名(80%)学员、对照组16名(64%)学员认为所在组的学习教学模式有助于提升手术规划能力,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在手术方案设计评价中,试验组有20名(80%)学员、对照组12名(52%)学员达到优秀,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MR技术结合PBL教学法在肩关节外科临床教学中具有一定的优势,为肩关节外来临床教学模式改良提出新的思路。Objective To explore the application effect of mixed reality(MR)technology combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of shoulder joint surgery.Methods A total of 50 residents of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from September 2022 to July 2023 were selected for standardized training in orthopedics rotation.The enrolled students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 25 residents in each group.The experimental group was taught with MR technology combined with PBL teaching method,while the control group was taught with PBL teaching method.The teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical knowledge assessment,questionnaire survey,and simulation surgery plan design.Results There were 25(100%)students in the experimental group and 18(72%)students in the control group who believed that the teaching mode adopted by their group was helpful to stimulate students'learning interest,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 22(88%)students in the experimental group and 15(60%)students in the control group who believed that the learning and teaching mode of their group was helpful for students to learn complex shoulder anatomy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 20(80%)students in the experimental group and 16(64%)students in the control group that the learning and teaching mode of their group was helpful to improve the ability of surgical planning,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the evaluation of surgical program design,20(80%)students in the experimental group and 12(52%)students in the control group achieved excellent results,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The MR technology combined with PBL teaching method has certain advantages in the clinical teaching of shoulder joint surgery,especially in the teaching of complex shoulder diseases,which can be used as a beneficial exploration and a new idea for the improvem
