摘  要:人体解剖学作为医学专业的基础课程之一,在医学生基础知识结构构建方面具有至关重要的作用。在解剖学教学过程中,人体解剖学教师不仅要负责传授专业的解剖学知识,还应融入德育教育,特别是医学伦理、职业操守和人文关怀等内容。德育与专业融合的教育理念对于医学生综合素质的培养至关重要,有助于提高职业素养。本研究旨在探讨人体解剖学教师在实际教学中如何有效实施德育与专业融合教育的路径,既保障医学生掌握扎实的专业知识,又能培养医学生的伦理意识和责任感。通过对教育路径的系统性研究,文章期望为医学教育工作者提供参考和借鉴,以便有效地培养具备专业能力与道德素养的医学人才,为医疗行业输送更多高水平的从业人员。Human anatomy,as one of the foundational courses in medicine and related healthcare professions,plays a crucial role in the training of medical students.In the teaching of anatomy,instructors are not only responsible for imparting professional anatomical knowledge but should also integrate moral education,especially in areas such as medical ethics,professional conduct,and humanistic care.The concept of integrating moral education with professional training is essential for the development of medical students'comprehensive qualities and contributes to enhancing their professional competence.This study aims to explore how human anatomy instructors can effectively implement the integration of moral education and professional training in their teaching practice,ensuring that students acquire solid professional knowledge while also cultivating their ethical awareness and sense of responsibility.Through a systematic study of educational pathways,this paper seeks to provide references and insights for medical educators,to effectively cultivate medical talents who possess both professional skills and moral qualities,thereby contributing to the healthcare industry by producing more highly qualified professionals.
