课程思政视角下1例汉氏巴尔通体脑膜炎的教学实践

摘　　要：基于“知识、能力、价值观”三要素的临床医学课程思政理念正逐渐被认同。如何利用临床案例,将这3个要素融于临床实习教学实践过程中仍值得探讨。文章以1例汉氏巴尔通体脑膜炎为例,让学生学会以问题为导向,主动学习第二代测序(next-generation sequencing,NGS)相关知识,并应用所学知识结合临床实际抽丝剥茧分析问题,从而提升学习知识能力、分析问题能力、临床决策能力等;与此同时,在整个诊疗过程中始终贯穿着患者健康至上、利益至上的人文理念,体现医者担当。教师通过将课程思政与临床案例相融合的方式,将思政教育融入鲜活的临床案例中,在案例中展现专业知识的脉络、应用知识的技巧、医者仁心的情怀,从而实现医学人才的培养。The ideological and political concept of clinical medicine course based on the three elements of"knowledge,ability and values"is gradually being recognized.It is still worth discussing how to use clinical cases in clinical practice teaching and integrate these three goals into clinical teaching practice.This paper presents a rare case of Bartonella henselae hans meningitis.Make students learn to be problem-oriented,actively study knowledge of next-generation sequencing(NGS).And apply the knowledge learned combined with the clinical practice to analyze the problems,so as to improve the knowledge learning ability,problem analysis ability,clinical decision-making ability.Teachers integrate ideological and political education into vivid clinical cases by integrating curriculum ideological and political thinking with clinical cases,and show the context of professional knowledge,skills of applying knowledge,and feelings of doctors'benevolence in the cases,so as to achieve the training of medical talents.
