基于智慧验货平台的医用耗材验收管理实践

摘　　要：目的:在医院常规医用耗材管理流程的基础上引入供应链风险查验前置,防范传统医用耗材供应流程上存在的质量安全隐患,实现医用耗材从生产到使用的全生命周期质量安全动态监管。方法:基于工业互联网大数据平台,构建“SPD+智慧验货平台”信息化管理体系,供应商在向医院送货前将医院订单部分字段推送或录入智慧验货平台,利用工业互联网大数据对订单批次数据在生产企业、经营企业、产品、授权链、产品召回、飞行检查、不良事件等多个维度进行自动风险查验同时出具验货报告,前置质量安全风险。结果:2023年9月至2024年9月,我院智慧验货平台已完成验货39230单,其中1196单查验出风险,风险异常检出比例从实施初期的月均11.96%下降至1.2%~2.2%,平均为3.04%。智慧验货平台对每个产品都进行22种不同的风险类型查验,查验出风险异常情况的1196单验货单共包含8864条风险提示。结论:基于智慧验货平台的医用耗材验收管理可全面识别供应链各项风险,进一步提升医用耗材质量管理水平,保障医用耗材全供应链安全,提升医院管理效率。Objective:To introduce a preemptive supply chain risk inspection in the routine management process of medical consum-ables in hospitals,addressing the quality and safety risks inherent in traditional medical consumables supply processes,achieving dynamic supervision of the quality and safety throughout the entire lifecycle of medical consumables from production to usage.Methods:An information management system named"SPD+Smart Inspection Platform"was constructed based on the industrial Internet big data platform.Before delivering goods to hospitals,suppliers input specific fields of hospital orders into the smart inspection platform.Utiliz-ing industrial Internet big data,automatic risk checks are conducted on order batch data across multiple dimensions,including produc-tion enterprises,operating enterprises,products,authorization chains,product recalls,flight inspections,and adverse events,while generating inspection reports to preemptively identify quality and safety risks.Results:From September 2023 to September 2024,39230 inspections were completed,with 1196 instances of identified risks.The proportion of abnormal risk detection decreased from an average of 11.96%per month during the initial implementation phase to between 1.2%and 2.2%,averaging 3.04%.The smart inspection plat-form conducts 22 different types of risk checks on each product,and the 1196 inspection orders that have detected risk anomalies contain 8864 risk warnings.Conclusion:The acceptance management of medical consumables based on the smart inspection platform can com-prehensively identify various risks within the supply chain,further enhancing the quality management level of medical consumables.ensuring the safety of the entire supply chain of medical consumables and improving the efficiency of hospital management.
