基于五行理论渊源探讨疏肝法对糖尿病的防治思路

摘　　要：河洛理论作为阴阳五行术数之源,主常主变,文章希望通过河图生数、成数之义,洛书阳气左旋,阴气右旋之理浅述“肝生于左,肺藏于右”的功能发挥,并借河洛五行、气机理论阐述糖尿病肝郁化火,致使木亢辱金、木旺乘土、子盗母气的相关病机,提出在糖尿病防治中,当以疏肝为纲,灵活运用润肺生津、健脾清胃、滋阴补肾之法,辨病辨证一体,随证施方,以期为血糖稳态调节,延缓糖尿病的进展提供治疗思路。This paper hopes to explain the function of“the liver is born on the left,and the lungs are hidden on the right”through the meaning of the number of the number of the river and the number,and the principle of the left rotation of the Yang Qi and the right rotation of the Yin Qi in the Luoshu,and uses the theory of the five elements and Qi of Heluo to expound the related pathogenesis of the liver depression and fire in diabetes,resulting in the humiliation of the wood,the humiliation of the gold,the earth,and the theft of the mother’s Qi by the son.The method of nourishing Yin and nourishing the kidney,integrating disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and administering prescriptions with syndromes,in order to provide treatment ideas for the regulation of blood sugar homeostasis and delay the progression of diabetes.
