费爱华针药结合从腑论治老年2型糖尿病的经验

摘　　要：老年2型糖尿病患者往往伴有多种慢性并发症,如心血管疾病、肾病、神经病变等,严重影响生活质量。费爱华主任认为老年2型糖尿病患者由于年龄增长,六腑功能逐渐衰退,气血津液运化失常,导致痰湿瘀毒内阻,影响血糖代谢。六腑亏虚是老年2型糖尿病患者的基本病机,治疗上主要采取针、药配合,以达到调整六腑功能、平衡阴阳、恢复代谢平衡的目的。费主任在临床治疗中,依据辨证论治的原则,合理选方用药善于从“腑”论治,并根据患者病情,应用方药结合针刺,临床疗效显著。Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes often have a variety of chronic complications,such as cardiovascular disease,nephropathy,neuropathy,etc.,which seriously affect their quality of life.Director FEI Aihua believes that due to the increase in age,the functions of the six bowels of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes gradually decline,and the transportation and transformation of Qi,blood,and body fluids are abnormal,leading to internal obstruction of phlegm,dampness,blood stasis,and toxins,affecting blood sugar metabolism.Six bowel deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.The treatment mainly adopts acupuncture and medicine combination to achieve the purpose of adjusting the functions of the six bowels,balancing Yin and Yang,and restoring metabolic balance.In clinical treatment,Director FEI,based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,reasonably selects prescriptions and medicines,is good at treating from the perspective of“bone”,and according to the patient’s condition,uses prescriptions and medicines combined with acupuncture,with significant clinical efficacy.
