摘　　要：整理并记录了陈幸生教授受芒针“透刺”特点的启发,运用芒针透刺治疗脑鸣的经验。陈教授认为,该病病机为气虚血瘀,脑髓空虚,而关键在于神机失用,神气无以驾驭气血荣养元神之府,表现为自觉脑内如虫蛀、鸣响,常伴耳鸣、腰膝酸软、目眩等。该病病位在脑,“头为诸阳之会”,故以督脉为引,基于“通调督脉”的学术思想进行辨证论治,运用芒针透刺,引发经络之间气血运转,使气至病所,从而达到补益脑髓、镇静安神的治疗效果,为脑鸣的中医针灸治疗提供参考。This paper organizes and records Professor CHEN Xingsheng’s experience in using awn needle penetrating to treat tinnitus,inspired by the“penetrating”characteristics of awn needles.Professor CHEN Xingsheng believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the brain marrow is empty,and the key is the dysfunction of the spirit,which cannot control the Qi and blood to nourish the soul.It manifests as a sense of insects and ringing in the brain,often accompanied by tinnitus,soreness of the waist and knees,and dizziness.The disease is located in the brain,and“the head is the meeting point of all Yang”,so it is guided by the Governor Vessel,and based on the academic idea of“Regulating the Governor Vessel”,the syndrome differentiation and treatment are carried out.The use of awn needle penetrating can trigger the circulation of Qi and blood between the meridians,so that Qi can reach the diseased area,thereby achieving the therapeutic effect of nourishing the brain marrow and calming the mind,providing a reference for the TCM acupuncture treatment of tinnitus.
