摘　　要：文章主要阐述汪元主任治疗类风湿关节炎的经验。汪主任认为该病与“脾虚痰瘀”密切相关,提出“脾虚不运”为发病之本,“湿盛痰浊”为致病之标,“瘀滞脉络”为感病之变。类风湿关节炎患者多责之于脾虚,脾虚运化无力易致气血生化乏源,营卫失调,脉道空虚,复感外湿,凝滞脉道;或脾失健运,津液失于输布则湿生于内,凝滞脉络。病久湿聚成痰,阻滞气血运行,停而为瘀,痰瘀互结,进一步加重脉管凝滞,“不荣”与“不通”共存,发而为病,故汪主任在临证治疗类风湿关节炎时攻补兼施,治以健脾培元为主,辅以除湿化痰、行瘀通络,从而达到标本兼顾的治疗效果。This article mainly describes the experience of Director WANG Yuan in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Director WANG believes that the disease is closely related to“spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis”,and proposes that“spleen deficiency and inoperability”is the root of the disease,“dampness and phlegm”is the symptom of the disease,and“stagnation of blood vessels”is the change of the disease.Most patients with rheumatoid arthritis are blamed for spleen deficiency.The inability of spleen deficiency to transport and transform can easily lead to a lack of source of Qi and blood production,imbalance of nutrition and defense,emptiness of the meridians,and external dampness,which stagnates the meridians;or the spleen fails to build and transport,and the body fluid fails to be transported,so dampness is generated inside and stagnates the meridians.After a long illness,dampness gathers into phlegm,which blocks the movement of Qi and blood,and stagnates into blood stasis.Phlegm and blood stasis are intertwined,further aggravating the stagnation of blood vessels.“Lack of nourishment”and“blockage”coexist,and the disease occurs.Therefore,Director WANG uses both attack and supplementation in the clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,focusing on strengthening the spleen and nourishing the essence,supplemented by removing dampness and resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis and unblocking the meridians,so as to achieve a therapeutic effect that takes both the symptoms and the root cause into consideration.
